Hands down best Cantonese restaurant in Gold Coast!! Very affordable menu selection. Had the lunch special, the food was absolutely delicious. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Dish was served very quickly. Highly recommended for friends craving a little taste of Hong Kong.

Ah So is my daughter’s favorite spot! She loves the beef noodle soup—it’s always a hit. The owner is so friendly, making the experience even better by offering lollipops, prawn crackers, and special children’s cutlery. It’s these thoughtful touches that make dining here so enjoyable. Great food, warm atmosphere, and amazing service—perfect for families. Highly recommend!

Second time visiting ah so kitchen. Authentic asian food with high standard. Ordered a fried rice, size of meal was economical, super tasty yet not heavy. Must try the milktea as the flavour is different from other shops. Also love the decorations of the shop, showing posters of Hong Kong famous movies. Definitely a place to go for everyday meals.

Awesome and authentic and affordable!!! Sweet corn with deep fried fish is very well balanced, fish is very crispy on the outside and well cooked on the inside, and sauce is sweet and mushy as how it should be. Shrimp in scrambled egg is a personal favorite, fresh shrimps and on the spot perfect scrambled eggs, not too oily nor too dry, it brings back my memories in fast dining eateries in Hong Kong for daily meals… Also had a chat with the owner, he brought his personal recipe from home for the milk tea and honey pu-er tea, it is very tasty and definitely worth trying!

I visited this Hong Kong-style restaurant today, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food and the exceptional service provided by the staff. For food, the dishes were absolutely delicious. I especially loved the traditional Hong Kong-style dishes like the braised pork belly, mixed vegetable pot and iced lemon tea. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable considering the high quality of the food. I highly recommend this Hong Kong-style restaurant to anyone looking for delicious and authentic Chinese food and exceptional service. I can't wait to go back and try more of their amazing dishes. Five stars all around!
